The worst experience of my life
- What did you like most?Nothing. Literally.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel is full of guests using illegal items. There's no control whatsoever. That's why I changed my first room. And then the nightmare began. There was an INCREDIBLY bad smell in the room and it was very hot inside even though it was late. In this case, you want to open the window, but you can't do it here: Because it's by the river, huge flies fill the whole room in a few minutes. They're like flying dinosaurs. At the end, I left the window open for 12 hours during the second day, but as soon as I closed it in the evening, the smell came back. I'm not even counting the guest who checked into the room the same day and came in at 4 a.m. and snored like a machine for hours. I couldn't sleep for a second for two nights. There was only one toilet/bathroom on my floor for the countless men. And when I got up and went in on the second day, the ENTIRE area was covered in vomit. It wasn't cleaned for hours. It was disgusting. The same thing happened the next day. Luckily, the person who did it was a bit more understanding this time and only threw up in one area. Only one of the three showers in the bathroom worked. The beds were terrible; one side caved in when I sat down. There's no elevator. It's so far from the city... I could write about how awful it is forever. I explained this to them, but they did nothing but change my room for the first night (Due to the security issue posed by the person staying in the room). Cancellation and refunds are not possible. I want to warn anyone reading this: If you have any self-respect, stay away from this place!
