- Was there anything you didn't like?Kitchen times are not what is stated. Staff closed the kitchen to serve food before the stated time of 1030pm. Admittedly I phoned at 1025. The receptionist said I could ring the kitchen and try and convince the staff to serve food until the stated time. But no answer unsurprisingly. Disappointing that customers are required to convince service staff to work to their advertised hours in lieu of management. If I had known the kitchen habitually closes before the stated closing time I would have simply ordered earlier. Recommend that advertising is updated to reflect the true working hours of the kitchen to avoid disappointing customers, so a 1030 end time reflects when customers can order not when the kitchen stops working as it is not clear what time customers may actually order food before the kitchen stops serving. Sorry for the rant - we were hungry and didn’t fancy braving the cold to find food. Thanks for reading.
