Great service and attentive staff...
- What did you like most?Staff on site were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they made a point to greet us every time we passed by, which really added a personal touch. When we checked into our original room and discovered the AC wasn’t working, the team handled it immediately without any hassle. They quickly moved us to a different room and made sure everything was comfortable for us. What stood out most was how attentive and proactive the staff were—they truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made a noticeable difference in our stay.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Overall, my experience was good, but the parking situation was a bit inconvenient. There’s no self-parking available on site—valet is the only option, and the rest of the parking is limited to the street. That can be a downside if you prefer having direct access to your vehicle or want to avoid relying on valet. That said, the valet staff were excellent. They were very attentive with my car, handled it with care, and always brought it up quickly whenever I requested it. I also appreciated that they were able to accommodate my modified car without any issues, which isn’t always a given. Their professionalism definitely helped make up for the limited parking options.
