- What did you like most?Great hotel that's in a few minutes walk to Canal st station. Easy to access all of NYC from there. Room was very small but we only used it for sleeping. Hard to fit 2 large suitcases in. Staff were amazing, very helpful. Great cafe for breakfast joined to the hotel or you can eat in their restaurant. Fabulous jazz bar in the basement.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We had to change rooms the first night as the aircon sound was really loud; staff were very attentive and helpful with no fuss.
