Mix up with Booking :(
- What did you like most?Room size. Free breakfast. Clean.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The mix up with Booking.com and Homewood. Booking.com changed my date of arrival with out NOTIFYING and with Prior approval from the property upon arrival Reservations was not honored though Booking.com received payment for room. I wait over 2 hours to have room situated WHICH I had to PAY an Additional Room night +taxes AND now will like a Reimbursement from Booking.com for the difference I paid the Homewood Property. Homewood was exceptional at giving me a great rate as I am a Hilton member as well. Homewood - Olivia was efficient and professional with this matter. I talked with 4 different Booking.com agents to correct this error and 2 hours later I had to additional pay for a PAID room
