Visually beautiful hotel and great location
- What did you like most?I've stayed at this hotel before remember having a wonderful experience which is why I booked it again on this trip. The staff was friendly even though they couldn't accommodate a 2 hour early check in.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I asked in advance to have early check in and they couldn't accommodate, so then I went to breakfast and asked again if any room was ready at 1pm instead of the regular check-in which is at 3pm and again they couldn't make it happen. For a 5 star hotel, and for how much I was paying on such a busy week, I wish they had perhaps hired more staff to have the rooms cleaned faster? I was there for work, so I needed to get dressed and be ready for the day, they did allow me to use the gym facilities as I'm sure they have this issue. I did feel they were understaffed. I also asked for a high floor and I was on a first floor room, which is fine at that point.
