Great stay, definitely coming back
- What did you like most?Modern building with good ambience, excellent breakfast and ample rooms. Location is top notch, just a few blocks from a subway station and away enough for the rooms to be quiet at night. Special kudos to Sergio G., during check-in we didn't realize we left a bag of souvenirs around the sofas in the lobby, we didn't had high hopes of having them back but asked anyways the next morning. Someone at reception wrote a note and mentioned me they will try to figure it out (I gave them the time we left it ~around check-in~ so they could check the security cameras). Went back at the afternoon, this time got attended by Sergio, explained the whole issue again to him and he was able to coordinate with his team and find our bag in the spans of minutes.
