- Was there anything you didn't like?Staff rude. We waited almost an hour to check in. I questioned the delay and the receptionist was rude. She didn't provide any information about the hotel, etcetera. Receptionist absent from the reception desk when I need it information. Water was leaking and soaking the entire bathroom when we used the shower. It Was unpleasant!
