  Dark room, no outlook, felt like we were in a basement. There was a bad smell in our room, like urine. The breakfast order to our room was unacceptable, took ages to arrive and we couldn't eat it; off slimy greens and very bruised avocado, eggs and bacon not cooked properly. Called guest services but nobody answered, tried again and someone did answer, I explained the problem but it didn't seem to be of concern to them and there wasn't even an offer to provide anything else. After being out all day we got back to an uncleaned room with the breakfast food still sitting there. When we spoke to guest services they were not taking any responsibility for anything, and were questioning us on whether we had do not disturb on or the sign out properly, why question us. Service and quality did not match price.
