We had a very nice stay!
- What did you like most?Modern, spotless and overall well equipt units in a very good location. Nice towels, comfortable beds, ample toiletries and well equipped kitchenette. Two self controlled thermostats make this apartment that much more comfortable. We definitely recommend!
- Was there anything you didn't like?Not a major issue, but the TV was not connected to the wi-fi so apps could not be used (we tried, & it wouldn't connect).

- What did you like most?I had an excellent stay at Serotel Suites Hotel. Everything was truly outstanding. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—just a 2-minute walk from Gare Poissonnière and about 7 minutes from Gare Bonne Nouvelle. Security is also well thought out; the main door can only be opened with a code provided by the staff, which made me feel very safe throughout my stay. The lady at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, adding a warm and welcoming touch to the experience. Another great advantage is the possibility to check out in the middle of the night—perfect if you have an early flight. Everything was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris. I truly hope the hotel maintains this level of service and cleanliness forever. Highly recommended!
