Exceptional
Awful central team. Great hotel...
- What did you like most?The hotel itself were amazing and the hotel gorgeously clean. However we were told to call from the airport where a shuttle bus would pick us up. When you call and reception are busy the call goes to a central booking team who were totally and utterly useless! It took 20 mins to find my booking (on my uk phone may I add). Wanted to give me another number to call for a shuttle and then wanted to mess around trying to sign me up to IAG group. We then waited one hour and by chance the hourly bus came and we flagged it down. The driver said he had had no call. I have a disability and was waiting in the 85degrees heat…..shameful and total incompetence!!! The hotel staff however were amazing! If you book press 0 and it takes you straight to the hotel reception. I wish I knew this earlier!
