Superb
That was my first stay...
- What did you like most?Location is really good and rooms are clean and comfortable. Some staff, particularly those assisting with check-in and our luggage, were very kind and professional, several incidents significantly impacted my stay.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Prior to my arrival, I requested a room with a balcony via email. I was informed that a balcony room would be available for an additional €50, which I agreed to pay at the hotel. However, upon check-in, the room provided did not have a balcony. The front desk staff member, Enola, instead of offering an apology, suggested that I book a balcony room for my next stay. Her response felt dismissive and inappropriate—almost mocking—especially since I had already agreed to pay extra for the balcony at the hotel. I then confirmed the balcony room again via email, which the hotel acknowledged, but her behavior remained unprofessional and rude. Additionally, during breakfast service, some staff behaved in an unaccommodating and impolite manner, which further affected my overall experience. While I appreciate the helpfulness and professionalism of other staff members( like the staff who helped me for check in apologized for inconvenient behaviour of his colleague), other issues were disappointing and negatively impacted my stay.
