If these things had not happened, it should have been a comfortable stay!
- Was there anything you didn't like?The location is outside Barcelona in a suburb called Sant Cugat. If you are not travelling by car - please remember this would need some effort to reach. Yes, there is a direct connection (S2) from Barcelona City Center but then its ~45min ride followed by another 10min by walk (steep one). With a family, with luggage or with small kids, this could be definitely something to consider. Secondly, elevators didnt work - With a room on the 5th floor it was quite a bit of an exercise everyday ! Didnt look like someone was trying to repair it as well Thirdly - Absolutely no hot water - There was a technical issue apparently and the hotel had no clue when it would be repaired. This was an ugly scene at the reception with people being furious (well it was harsh winter time here) Breakfast - Long lines especially if you have a tour group in the same hotel - Its a small place and they manage the queue well but it leads to an unpleasant wait (we waited almost 20min)
