- What did you like most?The bed was good
- Was there anything you didn't like?I had a disappointing experience with the staff during my visit. They displayed a lack of respect in their interactions, which made the situation uncomfortable. Additionally, it was evident that they were not well-trained or familiar with how the system operates, which caused unnecessary delays and confusion. To make matters worse, I sustained an injury during my visit, and the staff showed no concern or initiative to assist me, which was both frustrating and disheartening. I strongly recommend improving staff training in customer service, system knowledge, and handling emergencies to ensure a better experience for future customers.
