- What did you like most?It was absolutely AMAZING! We had 2 legs of our trip in Galveston, before and after a cruise…the difference between before and after was like day and night! From the second we walked into the Baymont we were saying how we wished we had rather booked there both times….from the friendly greeting, the going above and beyond to keeping our bags and trying to get us checked in a little bit earlier - it was hospitality at its best! The staff - absolutely amazing! The one lady was my favorite! She kept laughing at my shopping trips and how much I loved to shop - she was so sweet and kind! Everything was always so clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was a bonus. And the location! Absolutely perfect! All the shopping I could do within walking distance - we didn’t need an Uber once! Wouldn’t even consider booking elsewhere if I find myself in Galveston again!
- Was there anything you didn't like?I can’t think of a single thing that I can say I didn’t like… Maybe walking up the “hill” to get to the door with all the shopping bags (lol!) Generally loved everything! (And I’m usually pretty hard to please!) Ooh yeah I guess the carpet passages are a bit difficult to wheel suitcases on but that’s really not even a valid complaint
