- What did you like most?Very clean, very responsive staff, quiet, safe neighborhood. When a pipe burst and leaked into our room they quickly offered to move us to another room on a busy holiday weekend when they were likely almost full..
- Was there anything you didn't like?The building is aging, a pipe burst in the ceiling above, plaster and furniture beginning to show wear; linens were frayed at the edges.It is not near a central subway line and the buses in the area not reliable. It takes an hour to get anywhere.
