I don’t think I’ll be...
- What did you like most?The location is great, though some of my friends had a hard time finding the garage entrance
- Was there anything you didn't like?They were having some “glitch” in the system when we arrived where the cards would not open the doors. They had warned us that the key might not work and to use the phone by the elevator to call down but that phone was not working. So we had to go back down to the lobby. The up escalator from the parking garage level was not working. We had to stand outside our room for almost an hour to get in while the maintenance man “tried” to gain access. It was New Year’s Eve and we were going to an event there. I had to go to a bathroom by the lobby to start getting ready and it was very inconvenient. They finally changed our room and it was supposed to be a better room. Maybe the location? It was a decent room. However the blanket was thin. We requested a blanket and got this thin throw sized thing that only one of us could use. The heater was not working and it was freezing in our room. I think the ac was actually on. I had to sleep with lots of clothes on. There were no coffee cups in the room only lids. So housekeeping had not done a great job in checking and restocking those.
