  Location was ok.
- Was there anything you didn't like?
  At first they didn’t find my booking. They have this carpet all over the place that just gives the hotel some kind of smell. I couldnt get water hot enough one of days. They have just been bought. Maybe they will go through some kind of renovation and fix these issues.

- What did you like most?
  Location. Staff, reception & breakfast staff. Having a bath & a shower. We were upgraded to a better room, which was very nice, thank you.
- Was there anything you didn't like?
  There was a strange smell almost like drains or wet carpet. WiFi stopped working. TV would not work. Tea & coffee were in very short supply we did ask for more but only got given 2 pods. Also no milk, there was a mini fridge so fresh milk could have been provided.
