The hotel is in a general state of disrepair and not good value.
- What did you like most?It was a great location for my business trip, near to my supplier so I could walk it.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was unbearably hot so I had to keep the window open. Beware that there is a small mosque right deside the hotel so the call to prayer at 6am was a bit of a shock! The aircon did not work, the water pressure was not great - very weak shower, the water did not drain away properly so there was a pool of water in the shower tray. The hotel asks that you do not flush toilet paper down the toilet but put it in the "special" bin (i.e. the bin - nothing special about it). The room was clean but the paint was peeling from all the furniture and everything just seemed old and tired, like it had not been updated in decades.The breakfast was not the greatest - limited choice |(croissants had run out at 8am) and was comparatively expensive. My room key wouldn't work and I had to go to reception 3 times. The reception staff were very nice and helpful but the service man who came to fix the room entry was rather rude and unhelpful.
