- What did you like most?On a positive note, the room was decent and offered sufficient space, which is rare for London city centre. I was also very impressed by the housekeeping team; they were consistently helpful, available, and attentive to our needs.
- Was there anything you didn't like?On another note, disappointed with the front desk and luggage staff. They were unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic hospitality. Not a customer-centric team.

- Was there anything you didn't like?The staff were argumentative. I paid for an upgrade to a superior room which was far from it. I queried it with reception and they were very argumentative with me and keep telling me it was superior but it had none of the extras that was stated in the description. If that was a superior room the I dread to think what their classic room is like! Customer service was absolutely non existent
