The location, cleanliness, comfort of the room and friendliness of the staff was exceptional.
- What did you like most?Room was very clean, good-sized. Cleaning staff came only when requested and did a great job. Bed was comfortable and available in two twin mattresses. We could make coffee in the room which was also very convenient. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice but a little pricey so we went to the little cafe across the street for a simple breakfast (pastry, sandwich) and coffee most mornings. Great location to get to the metro. Felt very safe at that location.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Location of the hand soap dispenser was inconveniently placed two feet to the left and below the sink level so a little awkward to reach. Toilet was also a little close to the sink- might be a problem for really large guests. Could have used a couple extra rolls of toilet paper on hand but cleaning staff were quick to resupply.
- What did you like most?Everything was perfect. Just the way I wanted it. The staff did everything to make us feel welcome.
