- What did you like most?Most of the staff are absolutely fantastic! Room is mostly adequate, clean and mini bar is always stocked nicely.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We do not need high end or fancy and can happily stay almost anywhere as long as it’s clean and safe, secure. Here’s our opinion of what we experienced for 7 days: Definitely not enough sun beds around the pool or on the beach. Lots for the Circle One area not being used. Very frustrating. Then to top it off, people are up reserving sun beds at 6am that sit empty most of the day. Nothing done about it. No hot water in room or shower. 7 days of very cool lukewarm water at best. Food, definitely not very good at all. If you are going here to enjoy a nice dinner with good quality food, it’s not going to happen. Very mediocre at best and at some places very poor, nothing changes, no variety, no spices for good taste. The CircleOne and timeshare stuff is in full swing here. And there are definitely two very different levels of service. Frustrating. Overall, the resort is showing its age, worn out, poor quality finishes and not being kept up and maintained. The floors in the hallways are extremely rough and carts or luggage sound like a truck ramming through the halls. This resort would be a 2.5 to 3 star resort at very best. We will absolutely never go back.
