Acceptable due the perfect location. Unacceptable rooms.
- What did you like most?Amazing location, near of the main tourism points, a lot of restaurants and events.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The rooms were in a state of disarray, with the ceiling air exhaust grid above the room entry door heavily laden with dust. The air conditioning system occasionally discharged dust onto the floor. The bathroom was uncomfortable, and the shower drain was partially obstructed, causing water to overflow into the bathroom. Furthermore, the air exhaust system failed to function properly. Both mattress are uncomfortable. (2 Full beds)
Stay away. They scam you with fake 400 dollar fines.
- What did you like most?The best thing about this hotel is the location.
- Was there anything you didn't like?They scam you with fake smoking charges at over 400 USD each due to some supposed detectors they have. Mine included purportedly smoking at a time in which I wasn't in the room, and at 5 AM, which is obviously ridiculous. Nobody on the premises is able to review or otherwise revert the fake smoking charges. They refer to a supposed general manager who is never in and doesn't answer emails. Stay away from this place.
