- What did you like most?The location of the hotel was one of the best for the Thanksgiving festivities! It is in walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and sights. Wayne in guest service is an angel! He was very patient, informative, and accommodating. All staff we encountered were courteous and helpful, from the housekeeping to valet. Special shout-out to the black gentleman that was working baggage check on Sunday, November 23 morning. He, too, was very patient and kind to all guests that passed through.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There are only two negative experiences I can think of. One is the size and working condition of the room refrigerator. It did not get really cold and the capacity could not hold a take-out container or some beverage cups. The second is the toilet in our room did not flush very well. It took a couple of attempts to clear out the bowl.
