- What did you like most?Our room was clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel’s location was excellent, and access to the metro was very easy. A lot of supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy around the hotel. Water filtering device at the lobby was very useful.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We stayed at this hotel as a family of four. The suite consisted of two rooms. The room sizes were actually not bad, but they were not functional. To explain: One room had a sofa bed, a toilet, and a bathroom with a shower and a sink. The other room had a double bed, a small wardrobe, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a sink. When the sofa bed in the first room was opened, it was very difficult to access the bathroom with the shower and sink. Therefore, we never used that bathroom. The toilet in the room with the sofa bed was so small that we couldn’t close the door while using it. For this reason, whenever one person needed to use the toilet, the rest of the family had to move to the other room. In short, although the room was not very small in terms of square meters, it did not have a practical layout. As a family of four, we struggled a lot. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement.
