Disappointing
- Was there anything you didn't like?The accessable room didn't have a shower chair. The room was not meant to use a wheel chair in it.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Our room was really dirty and when we pulled back the sheets there was lots of hair, short, long, and pubes from the pillow to the foot area. I called in the front desk lady and she said that house cleaning comes the next morning. I told her that doesn't help me now. She gave me a sheet and told me to strip the bed myself and put a sheet...one sheet..over the bed. The spare blankets also had hair all over them. When I pulled back the sheets on the 2nd bed there was hair and bugs crawling around. Carpet beatles. I called the front desk lady back into the room and asked for my money back and she said no, I asked her if she would sleep in that and she just stared at me. She then left and came back saying she can move me into a bigger room and asked me to come check it out. That bed actually looked clean and since she wouldn't refund our money we accepted that room. In the "suite" the toilet was leaking, paint was peeling off the ceiling, the windows were ground level and unlocked and ants were coming up from the drains. We had other friends who also stayed there at the same time and one had a lot of random hairs in their room too and two were handicap in wheelchairs. The handicap room had a roll in shower but no shower bench. He asked about that and was told to get one himself. Our other wheelchair friend couldn't even get into the bathroom. There was a couple front desk people that were nice but the one we all mainly dealt with was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
